Mappace provides a unified, OpenAI-compatible API gateway for third-party large language models. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and model availability or pricing may change as upstream providers change their offerings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. API keys are shown only once at creation; you are responsible for storing them securely. Report any suspected unauthorized use to [email protected] immediately.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls;
• Resell or redistribute the service in a manner that misrepresents its origin.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

Mappace is pay-as-you-go. You top up a credit balance in US Dollars and are billed at the underlying provider price for every token you send and receive — there is no markup, no subscription, and no free monthly allowance. Credits persist until consumed and are non-transferable and non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded where required by law or at our discretion; contact [email protected].

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the service. Mappace and its branding remain our property. Nothing in these terms grants you any license to our trademarks or software beyond your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Mappace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law, or that pose a security or abuse risk to the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
