Privacy Policy

We collect only the data necessary to operate Mappace: your account details, API keys you create, usage metadata (model, token counts, timestamps), and billing records. We never log the contents of your prompts or model responses beyond what is temporarily required to route and meter a request.

Data protection

All provider API keys you store are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a platform-managed master key. Conversation content is not persisted to long-term storage.

Retention

Usage logs are retained for analytics and troubleshooting and automatically purged on a rolling schedule. You can request export or deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

Terms of Service

By using Mappace you agree to these terms. All prices are in USD. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Accepted use: You may not use the service for illegal activities, harassment, or to generate content that violates applicable law.

Rate limits: Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API keys.

Credits: Mappace is pay-as-you-go. You top up any amount and are billed at the raw provider price for every token you send and receive — there are no free monthly allowances and no subscription. Credits persist on your balance until consumed and are non-transferable.

Refunds: Credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once used; unused credits may be refunded where required by law or at our discretion. Contact [email protected] for requests.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

Cookie Policy

Mappace uses a small number of cookies to keep the service secure and functional. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies by default.

Essential cookies

Session and authentication cookies keep you signed in and protect against CSRF. These are required for the dashboard and API to function.

Preferences

We may store local preferences (such as theme) in your browser. These are not used to identify you across sites.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and normal use of the service.
